Apartment 7-1 is situated in a building block in the Vitosha neighborhood, right at the edge of Sofia’s Loven Park, and close to the city’s zoo. It includes two spacious bedrooms and two balconies. The apartment has already been sold. Right next door is our very own Apartment 7-1.

LIVING ROOM
The design of this apartment makes use of bright colours to shape the comfort of the space. The open plan kitchen and living room look onto a balcony. Colour and natural materials playfully interact to give life to the new home.
The ceramics were handcrafted by our brand Pottery & Poetry.

The rooms and bedrooms in the apartment benefit from soft natural light.
Our vision for the perfect bedroom is to radiate intimacy and tranquility, to have enough space for clothes and personal belongings, and to be ‘our place’. We can proudly say that we managed to make the most of the space and gather everything in this bedroom without jam-packing it. You can relax, work or even work out here. The furniture is made of solid wood, natural oak veneer and is equipped with smooth closing mechanisms.
