As you cross the threshold, you find yourself in a snug, well-connected open living space that seamlessly integrates with the kitchen and dining area.

Despite its proximity to the entrance, the ambiance exudes a distinct feeling of comfort and homeliness.

Bathed in natural light, the living room boasts a radiant yellow sofa, perfectly nestled in a secluded nook, enhancing both the aesthetics and functionality of the room.

The kitchen may be compact, but its charm is amplified by an extraordinary terrace offering captivating vistas of Old Sofia. With a layout comprising sleek cabinets arranged in two parallel rows, the design is both minimalistic and functional, leaving out the unnecessary while incorporating every essential element. The interplay of lustrous tiles, delicate glass embellishments, and warm wood tones evokes a subtle retro ambiance, seamlessly honoring the era when the cooperative came into existence.

bedroom

As per the design brief, the bedroom’s focal point was a bed meant to comfortably accommodate both a couple and their feline companions—yes, you read that right. The spatial arrangement called for an expansive bed positioned against the same wall as the wardrobe. The plush upholstery and carefully chosen color palette combined to evoke a sense of cozy sophistication, while the deliberate furniture placement fostered an air of uncluttered spaciousness.
