M residential building is situated in one of the new developing neighborhoods in Sofia. The building is composed of three functional units, each with its own vertical communication — an arrangement designed to optimize common areas. The units form a unified U-shaped volume that divides the property into a northern circulation zone and a landscaped green courtyard to the south.
