The house is a reconstruction of an old reinforced concrete villa building, with a layout typical of its time. Although it is located in a beautiful courtyard with large pine trees, there was no connection to the main living areas with the courtyard.

We completely changed the car access to the property to be possible, even in winter conditions. We raised the roof a bit to be able to use the attic space for two identical small kids rooms with a common play space.
