Gradina residential complex consists of three residential buildings and is situated on Albert Einstein Street, in one of the new developing neighborhoods in Sofia. The project focuses on the natural environment and envisages extensive landscaped areas, light materials, а clean design and views to Vitosha.
The complex comprises 78 apartments and 2 studios, distributed through four residential entrances. Each of the buildings accommodates four levels, and a common underground parking lot is provided for the entire complex. The volumes of the buildings are equally divided, with large glazing framing views to the nearby mountain.
The residential units are formed around central communication cores, with maximally functional spatial distributions in various configurations – maisonettes, two-room, three-room and four-room apartments. All ground floor apartments have private landscaped yards, separated from the large garden intended for use by the residents of the complex.
Each of the apartments on the levels above the ground floor has a loggia, which, by means of large glazing, becomes a natural extension of the living rooms and ensures their connection with the environment. The apartments on the top floors have the largest area and are provided with extensive, partially landscaped terraces with views of Vitosha.
