The design brief was for a small residential house. The unusual features of the plot were the narrowing towards the back, and a complex terrain. The difficult geometry of the house was a result of the triangular plot and town planning requirements.
The single-family residential building is situated on 2 levels, a basement and a large roof terrace. The construction is reinforced concrete, with energy-efficient installations. The cladding is wooden, the window frames are in aluminum, and steel meshes are used for the railings and fences. Landscaping is a major part of the project and 2/3 of the roof terrace is planned to be planted with mountain vegetation.
